After the decontamination process the implants go on to the final stage of PRIMARY PACKAGING that is, wrapping the implant in its bulb. Based on that set in the design stage, for each implant the wrapping system is also defined. Indeed the implant may come with or without a carrier, suspended on the little cap of the bulb or supported inside the bulb by an end plug and guided by a washer.  Each implant is inserted in the bulb inside the white chamber, under the hood with laminar flow in order to guarantee that it is kept clean until airtight closure of the bulb with the designated small cap. Then we move on to the stage of SECONDARY PACKAGING, in which the bulb containing the implant comes out of the white chamber to move into the WRAPPING area. Here the bulb is inserted into the plastic opening with cap with seal and label. The removable label bears the code and description of the product, the number of the production batch, the date of expiration, the name of the producer and the symbol compliant with EC Directive 42/93.  An identical copy of the removable label is also placed on the box which holds the small bottle, and the instruction pamphlet.
